Cancellation Policy
- No shows and cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged first night.
- For Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice there is no charge.
- Any applicable charges will be charged to the credit card given at time of making reservation. If this card is not valid, we will contact customer to obtain new credit card details.
MODIFICATIONS
If you wish to Modify an existing booking that you have made online, please make a new booking online and then proceed to cancel old booking online (two-step process):
Step 1 : Make a new booking with your amended dates
Step 2 : Cancel your existing booking
Note: It is important to carry out step 1 (i) first. As this is a live fully-interactive booking engine, we cannot guarantee that the dates of original booking will be available once a booking is cancelled. If there is no availability for your desired dates, then you may wish to contact the hotel directly before cancelling original booking. Once you have made your new booking, remember to cancel the original booking to avoid cancellation/no-show charges.
When you have cancelled your booking online, you should receive a Cancellation Reference number by email. Please keep this as proof of cancellation. If you do not have this reference number, then your reservation will still be considered to be confirmed and a charge equivalent to your first night's accommodation will be charged in the case of a "no show".
